CLEVER CORPORATES

CORPORATES are well known for creating wealth and health for the society at large. United states of America is well known for corporates home.Its a captalist society any one who has enough money to start a business are wellcome. similarly in INDIA we find the same corporate culture but added advantages are too many. Firstly to have a idea of starting a business is a great task with the confined product is much important, now starts revolving around all the government offices to obtain respective licences, Redtapism is very high in government offices. but the only formula to make work very fast is giving some consideration so the very first step of crime is encouraging corruption.

Corporates are given enconomic sops provided they convince governement officals of employment oppurtunites. They are offered free acres of land all most all corporates operating in INDIA are given free land to put up industries.The most trusted brand in INDIA is
TATA's even such a big company is given hectares of land. Tata's,birla's,ambani's,goneka's,Mnc's, etc.., power is supplied at subsidised rates,10 to 20 years of tax holidays,providing all the infrastructure facilites.waive off custom duties or low duties by creating special economic zones.

All this freebies are given for rich corporates who can really run the show without this economic support. for offering freebies the state governements fight like tom and jerry. The corporates are making rich money with free land, low duties, tax holidays and cheap power and cheap water and ready infrastructure.

If similar freebies are provided to prudent man wont he make sucess????? but prudent common man LACKS HIGH NETWORK OR REFERENCES.

CORPORATES are almost parasites they run big companies but definiton of the book says shareholders are real owners of the company but company always revolves around few directors or promoters and every year on one day so called shareholders are called for fools meeting to show false statements.

who can save corporates ??????? and INDIAN ppl. small enterprenuers and big corporates should be treated equal.... will this happen????? in this recession if big corporates fail in gaining profits despite of so many freebies given in past the government is giving a caring hand to revive them. some companies fraduently commited mistakes in financial statements even such companies are given caring hand. In colony where do i live there are so many small enterprises are in great financial depression does any one give them caring hand????

my final conclusion is BIG FISH EATING SMALL FISH.
